Coordinator

This is a full-time role for a Coordinator located in the Los Angeles office, supporting our Film/Television, Music and Sports clients. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating client press schedules, monitoring and servicing press clips, covering clients at press appearances, creating/ensuring client press kits are up to date, completing administrative duties, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of publicity experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office and Muck Rack
  • Experience staffing client interviews and events
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week
